Once your application has been submitted we will be in touch to let you know if your application has been successful. Please be patient, we will endeavour to contact everyone as quickly as possible. 

Canberra Cat Fix is able to provide subsidies for the desexing operation only. If your cat requires microchipping or vaccinations you are welcome to arrange this on the day, however the cost will be at the discretion of the veterinary clinic and we are unable to provide price estimates here. 

By submitting an application form to Canberra Cat Fix you are declaring that:
 

• The information supplied is true and correct;

• I am the owner of the cat specified in this application;

• I have read the information regarding pricing and the subsidised desexing fee will be paid in full on the day of the desexing appointment;

• I am able to arrange transport to and from the veterinary clinic on the day of the desexing appointment (unless prior arrangements have been made with Canberra Cat Fix);

• That my cat will be transported to and from the vet in a secure cat carrier (not a box).

• I will not hold Canberra Cat Fix responsible for any complications arising from surgery.

• I understand that my cat may need a follow up appointment a week after the operation;

• I take full responsibility for any other costs incurred (eg vaccinations, other medical treatments that may be prescribed by the vet);
